In addition to these day schools there are known to be thirteen (13) night schools and probably there are more. The largest night school reported is that of the N Y N F R Asso. Cor 14th & M Sts. numbering 150 scholars. the smallest that of the Pa F R Asso. 207 & I St. numbering from 12 to 15 scholars. 

A part of the night schools are free & in a part a tuition of 75 cts to $1.00 a month per scholar is paid. These schools are two & three evenings a week and are attended by adults.

There are also three Industrial Schools. One in charge of Mrs Bernard in Govt. Buildings Cor 14th & M Sts. One in charge of Miss Griffing and another in charge of the New Eng Friends on 13th St bet R & S Sts. These schools are not reported to me this month.  Another school of the kind will soon be in operation at Campbell Hospital in charge of Miss Walker & another at Alexandria in charge of Mrs Tayman.
