Transcription Notes:
I have come late to the transcription so perhaps there has already been consensus but I count 36 columns rather than 35 and I entered 36 columns of data. I could not interpret the correct number of the No. Pupils enrolled last Report for the total column. I was confused about how to show the split column in the totals but elected to follow the format in Document 165. But, I wonder if putting in a subtotal line might be less confusing. DMahoney - there are 36 and I have changed it some of these forms don't have a "when to close" column and so if a setup is done and copied and pasted, it may need modified - which is what happened here. Split columns aren't addressed in the directions - it would be nice if they were... EKT
