Dear Professor Clark:-

Your kind letter of February 29th reached me upon my return from Washington this morning, and I am pleased to have your kind acknowledgment of the receipt of the photographs of the Bible MSS. We are hoping that, when published, the documents will interest a large number of scholars and students.

Yes, I have very pleasant recollections of having met Mrs. Clark as Miss Frary on that very delightful voyage to Naples, made on the steamer Kaiser Wilhelm II in 1900, and beg to be kindly remembered to her.

Believe me,

Sincerely yours,
Charles L Freer
