Dear Sir:-

I acknowledge with many thanks the receipt of your kind letter of October 23rd, together with the Burlington Fine Art Club's Illustrated Catalog of Exhibition of Falence of Persia and the Nearer East.

At the time I requested you to obtain for me a copy of the Catalog, I did not know that it was not publicly offered for sale. Being deeply interested in the Falence of both the Near and Far East, I particularly desired to possess a Catalog and I am much pleased to have it. Accept, please, my best thanks for your kindness in the matter, and be good enough to forward the note enclosed herewith to Mr. Henry Wallie, whose kindness is also deeply appreciated.
