Professor Ernest F. Fenollosa,
The Beresford, #1 East 81st St.,
New York, N. Y.

Dear Professor Fenollosa:-

I beg to enclose herein, a copy of a letter received this morning from Mr. John E. D. Trask of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He suggests that we invite as his associate from Philadelphia, Mr. John T. Morris. If the suggestion meets with your approval, I would be glad to see Mr. Morris offered membership on the Central Committee. Mr. Trask, as you know, is the Manager of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and we can absolutely depend upon whatever suggestions he may be pleased to make.

I has also sent a note to Mr. Hayashi telling him of Mr. Trask's suggestion and expressing the hope that you and he would agree to send the usual invitation to Mr. Morris.

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
