Dear Sir:-

Your letter of February 21st, reached me this morning, and I thank you for your prompt answer. I should like to know definitely just where the Biblical Manuscripts which you sold to me, were dug up. My object in asking for this information is for the purpose of letting future scholars knowwhere [[know where]] the Manuscripts were found. Perhaps you can discover this information for me from some of your friends.

I shall be in Cairo some time early in May, when I hope to see you and to deliver to your son personally, the watch which I promised him.

Thank you for volunteering to show me the articles you have of the Fourth Dynasty, also the papyrus mentioned.

Trusting you are keeping very well, I remain,

Yours sincerely,
Charles L. Freer
