a student of Oriental Art - and naturally, we are most anxious that her visit to Detroit should not lack the distinguishing crown, which your courtesy afforded to her husband. Their trip here is timed to take place during the spring weeks of the Boston Museum's work, and as they will be in Detroit two days. I would like to ascertain, [[heluius if it will be agreeable to you to have me bring Mr. and Mrs. Elliott on either Monday the 23rd or Tuesday the 24th March, or in the event of those days being already filled by parties, on the 22nd (Sunday) - for they are so in hopes of having the opportunity for real study of your collections that they will try to accommodate their arrival to your convenience - even to stepping over to the 25th (Wednesday). Mrs. Elliott comes of old Philadelphia stock and is, I believe, a close friend of Miss Eyre - sister of Mr. Verne Eyre - and a most delightful person, I am told. I hope it may be possible for them to see you if only for a few moments.
