My dear Mr. Freer, Your very cordial letter acceding to our request for the privilege of visiting your galleries for Mr. and Mrs. Elliott has been duly received, and literatures transmitted to our prospective guests, and laid before a meeting of the Executive Board which took place yesterday. We find that Monday, 23rd March will be partially taken up by the members of the Museum and School of Design Boards, who with our own directorate will plan to learn all we can from Mr. Elliott's experience. This should give us Thursday 24th free to accept your kindness, and we leave it to you to set the hour, morning or afternoon, as may seem best to you.
