Mr. William Carson,

Dear Sir:-
Your letter of December 30th, reached Detroit during my recent absence. In reply, it will be satisfactory to me, to have you remain on my farm until the first of April. On that day Mr. Pickert will take charge, and the transfer of everything belonging to the farm can at that time be made.
Yours truly,
Charles L. Freer

Transcription Notes:
Date is likely a typo as this is part of the January 11th, 1909 (not 1908) letters.
