Forwards Affidavit of Elizabeth Crawford (colored) that two of her children named Sarah and Martha Canaday, and her brothers child named Ross, are unlawfully held by Col. Kerrins, of Holmes Co Miss. with request that Col Kerrins be compelled to settle with them for last years labor and that they be allowed to leave if they desire.
