Mr. Bleecker: -2-

The farm buildings are nearly all new and excellent, in fact a part of the farm house has never yet been occupied. The farm barn, paddock shed and large carriage building, (which could be turned into a garage) are all of excellent construction and in perfect condition.

The fences are practically all new and there are a lot of recently built stone walls.

Over one-half of the property is beautifully timbered; however, the property should be seen in order to appreciate its numerous advantages. I must add that the scenery is unusually fine and I have built some excellent roads through the Farm to points of vantage.

I am willing to sell the entire property for Fifteen thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) cash, although I have spent more than twice that sum upon it. If the matter interests you, I shall be glad to hear from you.

Yours truly,
Charles L Freer

P.S.

I am offering to sell my property simply because I cannot find time to enjoy it. My work requires me to spend the majority of my time abroad, which prevents me from visiting my country place.
