Monsier Migeon:

Under these circumstances, cannot yourself and Monsier Koechlin come to America during late May or early June ? That is the best season to visit America. Of course, October, too, is a charming month in America, but I really feel that I must be in China during that time, this year.

Of course, when you andKoechlin [[and Koechlin]] come, you will, I hope, bring Madam Migeon, also. I am so glad that her health has greatly improved. I should like very much to welcome her to my little home in Detroit when you are here.

Whenever I make photographs of my recent acquisitions of Chinese and Japanese objects, I shall, of course, be glad to send you copies.

Your kindness is permitting your name to be cut into the Memorial objects to be placed at Professor Fenollosa's grave, is appreciated by me, as I know it will be by Mrs. Fenollosa and others.

You must excuse this long letter, and believe me, with kindest messages to yourself and Madam Migeon, always

Your affectionate friend,
Charles L. Freer

Monsier Gaston Migeon,
Muse du Louvre,
Paris, France.
