Mr. George W. Alger,
Secretary,
33 Ferry Ave. East,
Detroit, Mich.

My dear Mr. Alger:

Your kind letter arrived safely, and later the duplicate sheets of notes on the pottery. I am very much indebted to Mr. Freer and to you for these, and hope that I shall with the opening of collections and the return of their owners be able to make a further study. I shall later ask you to supply the Arabic of my sheets, omitted on the copy. I should not like to trust to memory, or to conjecture from the English equivalent. Do not bother about this at present.

I enjoyed very much my work with you in Detroit. I had a very pleasant visit with Mr. Freer on my return journey. The doctor is sending me off for two weeks for a rest. Kindly convey my respects to Mr. Freer, and believe me ever,

Very sincerely yours,
W.H. Worrell
