Wisewell Barracks Industrial School Dec. 31st 1867 Mr Kimball I have for the month of December a less faverable report to offer than I could wish. 43 names enrolled 33 women 3 men 7 children Number of garments made and repaired 80 Number of garments distributed 75 Wood, flour, port & rice, in addition to clothing, have also been given in payment for work done in school. Less work has been done during December than in any month since the commencement of the School in Dec. 1865.
