Bound in rich blue brocade, with floral
designs in colors.
The album contains ten paintings on silk
in colors and in ink; eight being landscape 
subjects; one of bamboos and one of
plum blossoms and three birds, by various
painters of the Sung and Yuan Dynasties.
Size, 15 1/2" x 18 1/2".

Purchased from Loon Gu Sai, Peking, while
on trip during the summer of 1909, as per
Journal Voucher No. 1, December 1909, for Hex.
$260., plus customs, frt., &c. =    140.00

red and green, edged with wood.
The album contains ten paintings, on silk, in
ink and colors; four are of landscape sub-
jects; two of flowers, one of birds and bam-
boo leaves, one of fruit and a bird, one of
children, one of a rabbit and tree, by var-
ious painters of the Sung, Yuan and Ning Dyn-
asties. 
Size, 15 1/2" x 12 5/3".

Purchased from Loon Gu Sai, Peking, while on
trip during the Summer of 1909, as per Journal
Voucher No. 1, December 1909, for Hex. $200.,
plus customs, frt., &c. =

(24) One Album of Paintings. Chinese.

Bound with wood covers.
The album contains an inscription of four
characters in ink on yellow paper and twelve
paintings in ink and colors, on silk; eight
of which are landscape subjects, one is of two
children in a garden, one of a stork on shore
overlooking waves, one of a lady walking in a
garden followed by a rabbit and one of an eagle
resting in a tree, by various painters of the 
Sung, Yuan and Ning Dynasties.
Size, 22" x 15".
