Nurse Goes To Hospital In Dee Cee
LOCKBOURNE ARMY AIR BASE, Ohio-Major Vance H. Marchbanks Jr., commanding officer of the 332nd Medical Group, announced the transferral of Lieut. Louise V. Lomax, Army nurse at the Lockbourne Station Hospital, to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C., where she will undergo an intensive five-month course in psychiatric nursing. Army Air Base for one and a half years.
   Coming into the Army immediately upon graduating from medical school, Lieutenant Lomax earned her degree at the Medical College of Virginia at Richmond in 1942 Her first Army assignment was to Tuskegee Army Air Field in Alabama, and thence to Lockbourne.
   Lieutenant Lomax is a native of the State of Virginia.
