Dear Sir:- I have this day paid the Western Union Telegraph Company, for Mr. Freer's account, $41.56, being the expense in connection with cabling Mr. Freer regarding the loan of some of his pictures for the Corcoran Gallery of Art exhibition, and as requested by you.
