Mr. Charles L. Freer,
My Dead Sir.
I have enclosed, here in, the bill of lading, in voice, insurance policy and our bill, I hope these are correct and all articles to arrive to you in good condition, in any way, I tried my best for packings specifically, your check, the American Express Company orders, which you kindly send to us another day, is the form of Unlimited check, which requires the information of payment to the Traders’ Bank, Kyoto, directly from the American Express Company, today I asked to the Traders’ Bank but no information arrive yet, I think there is some misunderstandings between the two bankers. The Traders' Bank, Kyoto, says "Limited orders"——pay cash without information "Unlimited orders"——pay cash without after hearing information.
As above the matter I hop you would kindly tell to the American Express Company to send the information to the Traders Bank, Kyoto.
With Kindest regards.
Most sincerely yours
M. Yamanaka

P. S.
I mailed today to you my photograph.
