June 9, 1894.

Mr. Wilson Eyre, Jr.,
927 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, Pa.

My dear Mr. Eyre:

Your letter of June 5 came duly, also plans and specifications, and later the details, all of which I have forwarded to my brother at Kingston. Last evening I wired you requesting that you send details of mantels as quickly as possible direct to Kingston, my desire being to close all contracts complete for the house at one time because it is impossible for me to go to and from Kingston very often; so I trust you can send the mantel details the early part of next week. On Monday evening next I start for New York and would like to go to Kingston on Thursday or Friday of next week and let the contracts while there. The details sent please me very much. I have made a few minor changes in that part of the specification and drawings referring to the ice house, particularly in the roof and distribution of paper in walls. As named in my message of last evening, kindly send mantel details direct to my brother at Kingston, and oblige,

Yours truly,
C. L. Freer
