Aug. 23, 1894.

Mr. Truman H. Newberry,
Bursar, Yondotega Club,
City.

My dear Truman:

Inclosed herein please find propositions which [[?]] [[?]] accepted by me from J. H. A. Haberkorn and Dean, Godfrey [[?]] covering repairs and re-painting of the Yondotega Club house. The bills for this work will probably be presented during my absence, and I have pleasure in handing you herewith such information as you will require for paying the accounts.

Trusting these expenditures will not exhaust the club’s exchequer, I remain,

Yours very truly,
C. L. Freer
