Sept. 23/96.

Mr. Geo. W. Morrison,
Holland House,
Fifth Ave. & 30th St., New York.

Dear Mr. Morrison:

Replying to your letter of Sept. 22, I must confess to having deserted you during my last two trips to New York. I found the Waldorf unexpectedly comfortable, but do not want you to feel that you are entirely abandoned. There is a certain air about the Holland House to which I have not yet become acclimated, but after more frequent visits perhaps I will.

With personal regards and best wishes,

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
