Their condition, capacity, value, and by whom owned? Condition, very poor.  Capacity 200 average, Value no known, owned four by Freedmen, one by E. Heyser one J.B. West.

Where? One at Crawfordsville Ga, two at Greensboro Ga, one at Union Point, Ga,. two at Penfield Ga.

9. Number and names of places, now destitute, in which Day-Schools might be organized? One at White Plains Green Co one at Scull Shoal Factory and one at Baytown Taliaferro Co.

10. Number of pupils (estimated) who would attend such Schools? 30 or 40 average

11. Amount which would probably be raised by the Freedmen, for school purposes, in each destitute neighborhood? About 50 cts per scholar

12. What efforts are you making to secure the support of schools by pupils, parents, boards of education, or the State government? All in my power

13. Whole number of additional School-houses, for Freedmen, now wanted in your Sub-District? Three

14. Could you organize your Sub-District into School Districts, each with a School Committee pledged to carry on schools therein? Yes

15. To what extent would help from without be needed in such cases? About 25 or 30 cts per scholar.

16. What is the public sentiment as to the education of the Freedmen and Poor Whites? Favorable

17. Are Night-Schools for Adults needed in your District? Yes
In what way could they be carried on? By organizing school districts and selecting competent teacher, either white or colored to teach both by night and day. 

18. What more can this Bureau do for educating the children of Refugees (or Poor Whites)? by assisting them to build new school houses and repairing those already built  

19. How long will Northern charitable aid be needed for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District?  Untill the col'd people are able to recover from their present impoverished condition which should be in the course of another, if the farmers would encourage them by rewarding their industry.
