Their condition, capacity, value, and by whom owned? New building capable of accomodating 168 scholars; erected by Bureau R.F. and A.L.

Where?  Two held at Griffin and one at Forsyth

9. Number and names of places, now destitute, in which Day-Schools might be organized? Forsyth, Monroe Co; Thomaston, Upson Co; Indian Springs and Seven Islands, Butts Co. 

10. Number of pupils (estimated) who would attend such Schools? About 250

11. Amount which would probably be raised by the Freedmen, for school purposes, in each destitute neighborhood? They agree to support the Teachers and secure land on which to build. 

12. What efforts are you making to secure the support of schools by pupils, parents, boards of education, or the State government? Advising the freedmen to organize Educational Associations, all to become members whether they have children or not. 

13. Whole number of additional School-houses, for Freedmen, now wanted in your Sub-District? Four

14. Could you organize your Sub-District into School Districts, each with a School Committee pledged to carry on schools therein? I have a prospect of success in organizing my Sub District into School District.

15. To what extent would help from without be needed in such cases? I think they could support their Teachers if buildings were erected

16. What is the public sentiment as to the education of the Freedmen and Poor Whites? I know of no opposition to it in my District. 

17. Are Night-Schools for Adults needed in your District? Yes
In what way could they be carried on? By the aid of Day Teachers

18. What more can this Bureau do for educating the children of Refugees (or Poor Whites)? Nothing has been done in my district towards educating children of refugees

19. How long will Northern charitable aid be needed for Freedmen and Refugee Schools of your District? About a year
