States that he owns a tract of land near Ft. Munroe, which he has rented to Mr James Henderson. Is informed that, the officer of the Bureau notifies his tenant that the land is under control of the Bureau. Wishes the land to be restored. Forwards affidavit of Ralph Tomlinson
