I have the honor to report that this case was reported under "Third case" in my report of August 31st, in obedience with Par. 6 Cir. No. 10 Asst Comr State of Va. 

In the preliminary trial of these young men, they acknowledged the theft of the pig.  and were committed to jail, for Final trial at the next quarter Court, which occurred in August last, at which final trial they were found Guilty and sentenced to two months imprisonment and to receive ten lashes on the bare back.
