I have the honor to forward herewith
"Reports of Asst Supts" in this Dist., in answer to interrogatories contained in Circular No. 15. C. S. Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. Va.

No reports have as yet been received from
the Counties of Mecklenburg, Surry and Pr. George; as soon as received they will be forwarded.  The irregularity of mail communication with our Asst. Supts' has delayed the rendition of these reports
