time in the latter part of November 1865 on Friday morning the Hogs of Blair Burwell were again turned in the same field. on the saturday following the time last afforesaid. three other Hogs were discovered to be missing  On this and on the former occasion the field was carefully searched but no traces of the missing Hogs were seen. There were no Buzzards flying about and no other indication of the Hogs having died or having been killed. The Hogs of Blair Burwell would weigh from eighty to one hundred and twenty pounds and were worth twenty-five or thirty dollars each. Except three or four black ones his Hogs were all white. Many of his Hogs had short tails  The missing Hogs were white. About four or five days after the missing of the Hogs on the last There was found in the house occupied by the wife of the Prisoner a Hogs head from which the Jole had been taken. A Jole which did not belong to the same head and share pieces of chine. to one of the pieces of chine the tail was attached, it was a short tail.
