occupied by the Prisoners wife, they were nicely cleaned. The head sold to the Prisoner had the ears cut off. The nose cut off and the brains taken out. These facts were proved by testimony offered by the commonwealth. No witnesses being introduced on behalf of the Prisoner and these being all the facts proved the Prisoner by his Attorney prayed that the same be certified and that this his bill of exceptions be received signed and sealed by the court, which is done accordingly and the same is ordered to be made a part of the record in the case.
