Capt Stuart Barnes
Supt 2d Dist

Sir
I have the honor to again call your attention to the fact that I can receive no mails I can send letters but get none. nor have I been able to receive any for two weeks past Mr Gates the man who has heretofore taken my mails from the train informs me that on several occasions he has seen letters in the office of the route agent on the R.R. but could not get them. They told him they would not put off any mail at all without a P.M. at the station I dont know where these letters have gone to and it might perhaps be worth while to have inquiry made for them, and I think it might be possible to have the route agents instructed to have my mails with Mr Gates at Powhatan Station

I am very Respectfully
Your Obt Servt
