Dear Sir, I desire information in regard to certain claims- 
I have a number of claims made out , against the government, in favor of  Mechanics & Laborers, who are very worthy, but almost destitute persons, who were employed by government officials at different places, and who have served the government faithfully in their respective callings- can such claims be collected- what course is to be pursued.-
