July 11th 1866

Sir,

Having made application last year for the restoration of my property in this City held by the Bureau of R.F. & A Lands, and whereas in the restoration of said property under "Special Orders No 113 dated Hd. Qrs Richmond Va. Decr. 2d 1865" a part of my said property, situate in said City and bonnded as follows,  Begining at the south East intersection of Washington and South Streets and running South on Washington Street Forty six feet, thence West along South Street One hundred and five feet to the begining, - failed to be restored;  I therefore most respectfully ask that my said property be now restored, having complied with all the provisions of the law relating thereto, and refer to the papers herewith enclosed, and those on file upon which a part of my property was restored under Special Orders No 113 dated H'd: Qrs: Richmond Va Decr. 2d 1865.
