Curtis, Thomas.

Applies for the restoration of his and his brothers (Edmund Curtis) Real Estate of which he is administrator, there are three tracts of Land containing respectively, 198, 400, and 225 acres. He is a cripple and was therefore a noncombattant, his brother died early in 1862. Does not come under any of the exceptions of the Presidents prolimation
