Resolve 2d.  That we pronounce such communication emanating from whom it may as false.

Resolved 3d.  That a copy of this preamble and resolutions be respectfully forwarded to Gov. Pierpont, and that he be requested to lay the same before the head of the F. Bureau & the Authorities in Washington City.

Resolved 4th.  That a copy of these [[strikethrough]] meeting [[/strikethrough]] resolutions be forwarded to the "Whig" & other papers in this state be requested to copy.
