O Brown Asst Comr. with the information that I have sent this woman and child to Hospital And with the suggestion that the teachers be notified to send notices of this kind, directly to this Office, instead of to the Head Quarters of the Asst. Commissioner, Thereby saving him a great amt of annoyance and this office a great deal of
