I return the Rolls for you to inspect and if my criticisms are just, please correct and return them at your earliest convenience and I will make up my No "2"s in accordance therewith, I think that the headings should be amended as indicated by the pencilings made by me. Having made my No 2's I will forward them for your approval and orders to pay. I will retain the other papers for the present.
