I have the honor to forward for your attention the discharge and application of George Honesty sent Wash, Richard Johns retd Norfolk, Eli Scott retd Norfolk, and James Walden retd Norfolk, for gov't bounty.

Also a checkbook, and accompanying affidavit of Nicholas Guest retd Norfolk, also the re-application of Solomon Chapel, sent Wash, Curtis Ash retd Norfolk & Allen Pierce sent Wash: whose discharges you hold. And application of Gilley Twine for her brother's Back Pay & Bounty. Eight inclosures.
