Bt. Brig. Gen'l O. Brown
A.A.A.Gen'l.,
General:
In obedience to Cir No 10 dated Head Quarters Asst. Commr Richmond Va March 12, 1866. I have the honor to make the following report. -

In Accomac County there were two cases tried during the month of September for breaking open and entering a store - Committed for further trial

In Northampton County there were four cases tried for riotous conduct. Three were acquitted, and one bound in the sum of fifty dollars to keep the peace.

In I my opinion all had an impartial trial.
