Reports that a colored boy was assaulted by the sons of his employer, named Brockenborough-
That the boy after being assaulted left and obtained another situation. That the magistrate decided that the boy having left Brockenboroughs service without notice was not entitled to the pay then due, although Brockenborough admitted that until the assault the boy had always worked faithfully-
That this son of Brockenborough was the same who assaulted a little negro girl for singing a patriotic song in the street, while the Students are constantly singing disloyal ones
