Mr. W. C. Lebrocq
123 East 109th Street,
New York City.

Dear Sir: -

The little tea table came yesterday and is a delightful surprise.

The design, finish, color and all are finer than I expected. The shade of green you used differs slightly from the woodwork of the library, but not too much; in fact the little change is if anything, an advantage, because it shows it to be a separate thing. I am under further obligations to you and take pleasure in enclosing herewith draft on New York payable to your order for $15.50.

I was glad to hear when in New York recently, that you are to do some important work on the new part of the Waldorf. Wishing you every success in this important undertaking, I remain,

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
