205 (172) March 27/97. Dear Mr. Eyre: I have received your letter of 23rd inst., also the blueprints accomplishing same. Let me thank you for both. I now am in full possession of the desired information and am enabled to be plain to my brother some things which he evidently did not understand. By the way, I see the "New York World" has gone out of its way to advertise my sister's house. I will send you under separate cover a clipping which I received this morning. How idiotic! Yours very truly, Charles L. Freer Mr. Wilson Eyre, Jr., 727 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, Pa.
