Mr. Wilson Eyre, Jr.,
927 Chestnut St.,
Philadelphia, Pa.

Dear Mr Eyre:

I inclose you a copy of a letter received this morning from Mr. Courtright of Bay City, Mich., which explains itself. He called at my house last Sunday but I was too ill to see him, and he and his wife were shown through the house by my butler. You will notice from the address of the letter that he is slightly mixed on names. I know nothing about him, but should he correspond with you I can ascertain any particulars you may desire to know concerning him. After having read the letter please consign it to the waste basket.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
