Mr. Bunkio Matsuki,
12 Laurel St., Salem, Mass.

My dear Matsuki:

I arrived home this morning and have to thank you for your kindness of yesterday. I only regret that my visit had to be so short but hope when I am next in Boston I will have more of your time and also the opportunity to visit you in your home at Salem. I retain delightful remembrances of those charming art inheritances from your father and also of the other things seen.

I have many things awaiting me to-day and have only time to inclose draft for $435.00, which please find herewith, to cover the purchase of the two screens. I shall write you again in a day or two.

With most cordial greetings to Mrs. Matsuki, I remain,

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
