My dear Sir:-

I have your letter of [[?]] instant and note same fully. As mentioned in my telegram of yesterday [[?]] further correspondence received from New York to-day [[?]] the Central Trust Company will be ready on Monday [[?]] with all the [[car?]] builders and hope you can arrange to be here personally as indicated in your letter.

I shall attend the meeting of the Board of Directors of the American Car and Foundry Company, as I presume you will, and should We not meet earlier, I shall count with pleasure you should attend the meeting of the Board, at which time we can [[?]] and [[?]] generally.
