I have requested Mr. Abbott H. Thayer to call upon you to make a frame for a painting by him now on exhibition in the Society of American Artists, recently purchased by me. When Mr. Thayer has given you directions for the frame, and you have arrived at the cost, if you will kindly send a bill to me, address care of the Union Trust Building, Detroit, Mich., it will be promptly paid.
