Two of three minor firms of New York Brokers are speculating in Michigan-Peninsular stock certificates because of post mortem dividend to be paid bye and bye. I believe they are offering from four to four dollars and one-half per share. This of course does not affect the American Car and Foundry Company in the slightest, as the [[stamp]] Cancelled Sep 25 1899 H.A.B.A. [[/stamp]] #2.
