Colonel:
I am directed by Major Gen. Howard to inform you that the property known as the "Wise Estate," in Accomac [[Accomack]] County, Va. now used as a hospital for freedmen, will be retained in possession of the Bureau, under the provisions of Circular No. 20, c.s., until complete provision can be made for the freedmen now upon it.
