The Commissioner has been informed that Miss Stull is about to take charge of the Asylum at Trenton, N.J. and can accommodate about 50 Deaf or Blind Mutes.

Should any such come to your knowledge within your district, please communicate the necessary information concerning them to Rev. J.F. Shipherd Secy. American Freedmen's Aid Association at Washington D.C.
