Colonel:
Finding that I cannot at present sell the building on Mr. Watkins place, I approve of its removal to some lot that can be had without rental by us, provided Mr. Chase will devote a part at least of the building to rental, in order to defray the expense of removal. 
The use of the building subsequent to removal will be devoted by him to an industrial colored school, and other educational purposes. 
Please ask Gen'l Terry to aid him in
