States that Capt. Platt keeping a hotel at Petersburg, says Capt. Barnes is corrupt and making money out of his position.

"A Capt. of regulators" is reported to have ordered a school teacher to leave, desired by citizens to remain, this at Appomattox Court House.

Capt. Clayton is also accused of corruption.
Requests an Inspector be sent to investigate
