Brown has been authorized to dispose of the Chimboraze Hospital Buildings he may do what he deems the best interest of the Bureau with regard to the within applications [[?]]. If the buildings are sold to the applicants the proceeds will be regularly accounted for. If turned over and removed for their use, they will still be borne upon the papers of some Bureau officer.
